The manufacturing plant is spread across 1 million sq ft at SIDCUL Pantnagar, Rudrapur in Uttarakhand. The location supports a complete production ecosystem for modern home decor and interior surface products.
Production is supported by German, Korean, and Taiwanese machinery including calendar lines, extrusion machines, laminators, fabric preparation, coating systems, printing and wrapping lines, utility plants, and in-house packaging material capability.

The plant brings core processes closer together, reducing handoffs and helping teams monitor material behavior from film preparation through coating, extrusion, finishing, utilities, and packing.
Calendar systems prepare the core PVC film structure for decorative and interior applications.
Hot, cold, PE, and silicon coating systems support decorative film and self-adhesive material requirements.
PVC foam board, PVC/WPC wall panel extrusion, rotogravure printing, and PUR wrapping extend the plant into rigid and interior products.
Paper tubes and hard covers are made on-site so finished products remain protected in transit.
